Zoom Workplace experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 2.2K at the beginning of April and dropping to about 1.3K by the end of June. The weekly active users also saw a gradual decline from 12.4K to 9.7K over the same period.
Google Meet (original) had a similar trend, with weekly downloads decreasing from around 1.6K to 945. The weekly active users fluctuated but generally trended downward, from 6.7K to 5.2K.
Microsoft Teams showed a slight decline in weekly downloads, starting at 1.5K in late March and ending at 903 in late June. Weekly active users also saw a decrease from 14.5K to 11.4K throughout the quarter.
WhatsApp Business maintained relatively stable weekly downloads, fluctuating around 900 downloads per week. The weekly active users showed a slight increase, starting at 30.4K and rising to 32.2K by the end of June.
Zello Walkie Talkie had a notable peak in early May with 2.8K downloads but then saw a significant drop, ending the quarter with just 108 weekly downloads. The weekly active users also peaked at 4.5K in early May before decreasing to 956 by the end of June.
